With six spacious bedrooms, a private sauna, fitness area, and game room, and a pool, Fox Hollow is designed for elevated group gatherings in every season.

Fox Hollow blends the timeless character of a 1940s estate with the ease and warmth of contemporary design. Across three expansive levels and over 7,800 square feet, the home invites both gathering and retreat. Cook together in the chef’s kitchen, complete with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Linger over dinner in the formal dining room, then curl up with a book in the library or unwind in the TV lounge and game room.

Six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to give everyone space, including a primary suite with a spa-style bath and steam shower. A fitness area - with rowing machine and bike - and a private sauna offer ways to recharge indoors. For moments of play, guests can enjoy the air hockey table and darts, while cozy fireplaces and reading nooks throughout the home make it easy to settle into the rhythm of the Berkshires.

Outside, rolling lawns and forested edges create a feeling of calm seclusion, just minutes from town. From sunny mornings by the pool to cozy nights by the fire pit, every season is perfect here. Enjoy coffee on the stone patio or unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars.

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.

Notes & Disclaimers:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: The house has central AC, with thermostats available throughout the house to adjust temperature.

Pets: We love pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed at our property. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Pool: The pool opens after Memorial Day weekend and closes October 31st. We recommend contacting us prior to booking to confirm the pool's availability during your stay.

Age & Booking Policy: The primary renter must be at least 28 years old and present for the entire stay. A government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age and identity before check-in. Bookings made under false pretenses or in violation of this rule may be canceled without refund. Meadow Homes welcomes families and responsible groups who respect the home and neighborhood; parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 14 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 14 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
