Inside, the open-concept layout brings together the kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room with a fireplace, making it easy to gather throughout the day. A breakfast nook, dedicated workspace, and bright atrium offer quiet corners for reading, working remotely, or simply enjoying the view.

The dedicated movie room, featuring an 85-inch TV and immersive sound system, creates the perfect space for family movie nights or relaxing after a day outdoors.

Outside, enjoy multiple spaces designed for every moment of the day. Start your morning on the refreshed deck, gather for dinner on the bluestone patio, or end the evening around the fire pit overlooking the lake. Just steps away, the private dock and complimentary kayaks provide direct access to the calm, motorboat-free waters of Long Bow Lake.

An on-site Tesla EV charger adds extra convenience, making every stay as effortless as it is memorable.

Vehicle required

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

EV Charger: Available upon request for $40 per stay. Please let us know prior to arrival so we can have it ready for you.

Long Bow Lake: This property has private access to Long Bow lake. While we openly advertise the lake access feature, please mind that:

• There is no life guard on duty at the lake.
• We have no control over the quality of the water at any given time, and the Sherwood Green Association may deem it necessary to limit access to the lake if the testing results require so, without prior notice.
• While we do not prohibit ice-fishing in the lake during the winter months, we definitely do not encourage it for safety reasons! Please assess any risks and consider your group's safety before ice-fishing at the lake.

Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 6 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 6 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
