Welcome to Northern Quarters, a private mountain estate set across 10 acres in the heart of southern Vermont. Once a working quarter horse farm, the property is now home to two beautiful log houses, offering a unique setting for family gatherings, group getaways, and time spent with friends.

Both homes bring together the character of traditional Vermont mountain living with spacious interiors and plenty of room to come together or enjoy a little privacy. Inside, you'll find soaring timber ceilings, warm wood details, wood-burning fireplaces, and inviting living areas designed for spending time together. With two full kitchens and multiple dining and lounge spaces, there's room for everyone to settle in and make themselves at home.

The main house offers bedrooms spread across three levels, along with several living areas, a dedicated game room, and a spacious central gathering space. The separate guest house provides additional accommodations and its own kitchen and living area, making it easy for different families or groups to enjoy their own space while staying close.

Beyond the homes, the estate offers an impressive range of amenities to make every stay memorable. Take a swim in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy a little downtime in the infrared sauna and steam room. There's also a fitness center, a game room, multiple fireplaces, and outdoor fire pits for gathering at the end of the day.

Outside, 10 acres of open fields, wooded trails, and river frontage create plenty of space to explore and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Whether you're spending a winter weekend between the slopes, planning a summer gathering, or simply looking for a place to reconnect, Northern Quarters offers a setting where the experience extends well beyond the stay itself.

Guests have private access to both homes and the surrounding estate during their stay, including the living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, outdoor spaces, and property amenities. Enjoy the freedom to spread out across the two houses, gather together, and make the most of everything Northern Quarters has to offer.
